I don't think that I have the clients for this?

We find that this is a frequent misconception and have known many accountants to be proved wrong, and quickly.

However, with Clarity's Portfolio View, we can quickly see (and quantify) the potential within your firm. And that's before you even get started. You'd be surprised by clients that want this. You'll be even more surprised by those that don't. Or members average a 66% conversion, from the initial Clarity meeting to buying a NextGen business advisory package.

Clarity has been built with small business owners in mind. It's visual and easy to understand. It bridges the communication gap between the worlds of complex financial data and actionable plans that achieve results. 

I'm not sure that we will get the return that others have generated?

I have a solo firm; will this program help me?

This program has been built for firms of all sizes. What is being covered and the solutions will impact you as much as it would with multi-partner firms with teams.

Why is there three months of group coaching calls included, and do I need to attend them?

Everyone learns differently, and we want to support them all.

Some people will complete the necessary actions within their blueprint bespoke plan and own scheduled 1-2-1 calls. And therefore may need one or two check-in calls to ask questions or to clarify certain things. Others will want to learn from others, what they have done and get inspired by their results. Healthy competition, as it were. Others will want to do it at their own pace and may need more support. 

We want to ensure maximum success for all and offer flexibility to make that happen. The coaching calls are optional, and you choose how many you want to attend.

I don't want to work any harder than I already am. Why should I take this blueprint?

The old adage, work smarter, not harder, is definitely our mantra at Clarity.

In a recent study by our friends at AdvanceTrack, 88% of accountants reported that their increased working hours significantly harmed their work-life balance, with 30% describing that harm as severe. We want to bring the fun back to accounting.

This blueprint is definitely NOT about working harder. It's about achieving more with the hours you feel are appropriate. And it's about spending your work hours doing work you really love doing.

I don't want to recruit any more team members. Will I have to?

Not necessarily. It's vital that your business model represents you and what you want to achieve.

Don't get fooled by influencers that tell you, "This is the way it has to be..." It's logical, though, that if you want to achieve more and get a natural work-life balance, you may need some extra resources. This does not necessarily need to be full-time or even onshore. There are many possibilities, and some firms end up creating so much capacity elsewhere, they find they need the same or even fewer team members. In any event, this program is about you. And we will help you make the right decisions for you.

Can I pay in installments?

Most people prefer to make a one-off payment, to benefit from the discount.

However, we can split payments if you prefer that. It's three payments of £1,199. You will be liable for all three payments.

Will this work with my team?

Of course! Your team is very similar to other firms, despite what you may think.

The structure, tools, systems, and resources will work with your team as they have done for countless other accounting firms. On top of these, the coaching, accountability and mentoring sessions will help ensure that this is the case for you too.
