Depending on the size of the team (and we recommend three if possible - a leader, a doer and a supporter), the process and the results you can expect are below. Some people will complete the necessary actions within their blueprint bespoke plan and own scheduled 1-2-1 calls. And therefore may need one or two check-in calls to ask questions or to clarify certain things. Others will want to learn from others, what they have done and get inspired by their results. Healthy competition, as it were. Others will want to do it at their own pace and may need more support.
We want to ensure maximum success for all and offer flexibility to make that happen. The coaching calls are optional, and you choose how many you want to attend.
